Police have launched a murder study after a 31-year-old woman disappeared nearly a week ago.
Sarah Henshaw was last seen at her home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, at 9 pm on Tuesday (June 20) but hasn’t been seen since.
Derbyshire Police have issued a series of appeals, but on Sunday, the force said it had launched a murder investigation.
A man has been arrested in connection with the investigation and remains in custody.
Police have appealed for anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of a blue Ford Transit van in the early hours of Wednesday, June 21, around the area of J29 of the M1 and the A617 Chesterfield to get in touch.
Henshaw, 31, is described as white, of medium build, with long dark straight hair, which she wears in a bun.
She is believed to be wearing a lightweight black coat, a khaki green top, blue skinny jeans, and black flat pumps. She also has a tattoo on her right foot.

Detective Inspector Maria Pleace from Derbyshire Police said: “We have information about Sarah’s disappearance that has led us to believe that she may be seriously hurt or deceased.
“Sarah’s disappearance is out of character, and finding her is our priority now.
“I would like to appeal to the public for CCTV and dashcam footage as stated or any other information that may be useful to our investigation.”

Anyone with any information about Ms Henshaw is asked to contact the force by calling 101 and quoting incident number 444 of June 23.
Derbyshire Police announced via their Twitter feed today.
Cops said they had found a body in a layby off the westbound carriageway of the A617, close to junction 29 of the M1.
It added her family had been made aware of the situation.
The force added that a man arrested for murder remains in police custody.
Cops previously shared a new CCTV image of Sarah, who had been missing for five days.
