For some UK users, Vodafone says there is a problem with broadband

Vodafone stated that a few UK customers of its domestic broadband provider skilled an outage on Monday morning and that the business enterprise become operating to remedy it.

Downdetector’s UK website said more than 2,800 mostly landline users were having problems accessing Vodafone at the peak of the outage.

Vodafone said on Monday it had resolved an outage that caused hours of downtime for thousands of users of its home broadband service in the United Kingdom.

“We have now resolved the issue affecting just over 1% of our home broadband customers.

Customers are already seeing their connections back,” the corporation advised Reuters in an emailed statement.

Vodafone has approximately 1.2 million broadband clients withinside the UK.

According to the outage monitoring internet site Downdetector.com, users experienced problems with the service from around 07:00 GMT to 14:00 GMT.

Last week telecoms company Virgin Media skilled broadband outages in Britain, with heaps of clients reporting troubles with net access.
